TERMS OF SERVICE
USAGE
You may use any commission for personal use.The completed work may be posted on my social media and/or added to my portfolio. For unique cases, please let me know during the ordering process.
PROCESS
Communicate with me via Email or Twitter to order a commission.We will discuss your art.50% of the payment. (The other 50% will be charged after deciding on the final sketch.)(Headshots will not include a sketching phase and the commission will require 100% payment from the start.)I will add you to the schedule (or waitlist) + send you a task with your commission.Waiting...You get your art!!
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
When commissioning, the client agrees to the following:I may upload the commissioned piece to my art accounts, but if you want the piece to not be public for whatever reason, feel free to let me know.
(For business pieces, the last point does not count.)You cannot alter the finished piece in any way.By commissioning me, the client acknowledges and agrees that I retain full ownership, copyright, and all usage rights to the final artwork. (Unless otherwise agreed upon.)No refunds will be offered after the commission has begun.I hold the right to revoke a commission request at any time. This will happen when personal matters or unexpected events occur. (A complete refund will be given in this case.)
